MSBSHSE Maharashtra Board HSC 12th Class Result 2026 Live Updates: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is all set to release the Maharashtra HSC results 2026 today, May 2 at noon. Once released, students who appeared for the examinations will be able to access their scorecards by visiting the official websites at mahahsscboard.in, hscresult.mahahsscboard.in, and mahresult.nic.in. Apart from he official websites, the results can be accessed through SMS and DigiLocker.
As per the rules, students must score at least 33 per cent to pass the 12th board exams. It is mandatory to secure a minimum of 33 per cent marks in both practical and theory exams. If a student fails to obtain 33 per cent, he/she must appear for the Maharashtra HSC Supplementary exams or may apply for re-evaluation.
In 2025, a total of 91.88 per cent of students passed the 12th exams. This marks a decline in the pass percentage compared to 2024, when 93.37 per cent of students cleared the exams. Girls outperformed boys last year, with a pass percentage of 94.58 per cent, while the pass percentage among boys was 89.51 per cent.
