The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has released the timetable for Class 10th and Class 12th examinations. According to the schedule, the Class 12th exams will begin first, followed by Class 10th exams a few days later. The dates for the supplementary exams, scheduled for June, have also been announced.
The Class 12 exams will begin on February 17 and continue until March 19, 2027. Class 10 exams will begin on February 24 and continue until March 18, 2027. The board has advised all students to check the timetable for their subject on the official website and plan their studies accordingly. School administrations have also been instructed to ensure that the complete exam schedule is distributed to students in a timely manner.
The 10th and 12th exams will be held from 9 AM to 12 PM. Furthermore, when the 10th exam begins on February 24th, it will begin with papers in language subjects, painting, singing and playing, tabla-pakhawaj, and computer. On the first day of the 12th exam, papers will be held in biotechnology, singing and playing, and tabla.
Students must arrive at the exam centre by 8:45 am and the exam room by 8:30 am, as entry will not be granted after 8:45 am.
The 12th-grade supplementary exam will be held from June 11th to 30th, 2027. It has also been stated that the exam timetable may be changed if a government or local holiday is declared.
According to MP Board rules, students must score at least 33 per cent in each subject to pass. If a student fails one or two subjects, they need not panic. The Madhya Pradesh Board will conduct supplementary exams for such students to avoid ruining their year.
In 2026, as many as 73.42% of students who took the class 10th examinations cleared it, while the pass percentage of class 12th stood at 73.4%. Girls once again outshined boys in both the classes.
