Kering’s new executive is well versed in the ins and outs of the luxury industry and the retail trade. Trebus has over two decades of international experience in the luxury and fashion sectors, both in Europe and the USA. A graduate of the ESCP Business School, she was previously head of merchandising at Coach in New York, where in the last 10 years she was instrumental in helping transform and grow the label. Trebus formerly held executive roles in product development and merchandising at Chloé, Celine and Valentino, notably in Milan.

At Kering, Trebus’s mission will be to help strengthen the group’s product know-how. She will collaborate closely with the group’s various labels, and will be involved chiefly in areas like merchandising, pricing, integrated business planning, and product development. She will draw up a road map that is set to enable Kering to foster improved operational agility, with a greater focus on customer expectations.

Trebus joins the group’s client centre of excellence, tasked with helping its labels meet challenges related to marketing, retail distribution, omni-channel operations and client development. She will bolster an organisation designed to pool the group’s expertise and put it to the service of its brands.

In Q2 2026, Kering was back on the growth track, recording revenues of €3.65 billion, up 2% in like-for-like terms. In H1, Kering generated revenues worth €7.22 billion, up 1% in like-for-like terms and at constant exchange rates.

Improved results that, as FashionNetwork.com reported in July, stem from the progressive deployment of the ‘ReconKering’ transformation plan under the aegis of CEO Luca de Meo. Kering will now seek to maintain the same momentum in the second half of the year.
