India have won two gold, nine silver and 12 bronze medals so far in the ongoing 2026 edition of the Asian Games.
Indian athletes won a total of six medals on the seventh day of the Asian Games 2026 in Aichi-Nagoya on Friday (September 25) to extend the country’s medal tally to 23. Two medals came for India in shooting, three in track and field, while the mixed doubles team bagged a bronze medal in table tennis.

Suruchi Singh and Kamaljeet produced an excellent performance to fire their way to the gold medal in the 10m air pistol mixed team event.
