CBSE Class 10 Results 2026 Second Board Exam Live: The CBSE is expected to declare the Class 10 Second Board Exam 2026 results soon. While the board has not yet officially announced the exact date and time, the results are likely to be released at any moment. Once declared, students will be able to view their scores on the board’s official website – cbse.gov.in – as well as through the DigiLocker and UMANG apps.
This year, CBSE implemented a two-board exam system for Class 10 for the first time. The second board exam was conducted from May 15 to May 21, 2026. The system aims to provide students with an additional chance to improve their marks within the same academic year. It also allows compartment students to take the exam without waiting until the following year.
Nearly 6.7 lakh applications were submitted for the second board exam. Most of these were from students seeking to improve their scores from the first board exam. Around 5.25 lakh students registered for the improvement exam, while over 85,000 applied for the compartment exam, indicating a positive response from students to CBSE’s new two-exam system.
