About Chocolate Barfi Recipe
Traditional burfi is often made by simmering the milk and it takes a lot of time and patience. But this recipe uses milk powder to make the process quicker. The combination of milk powder, cocoa powder and sugar gives the burfi a soft, fudgy texture with a rich chocolate taste.
The best part is that you don’t need khoya or any sugar syrup for this recipe. Simply cook the ingredients until the mixture thickens, transfer it to a tray, let it set and cut into pieces. It takes around 15 minutes to prepare and makes a delicious homemade sweet for Diwali, special occasions or gifting.
