Polyester-cotton and polyester yarn prices eased by &#****;*–* per kg in the last week. After the ceasefire deal, crude oil prices are falling. It will make polyester raw materials cheaper, leading to decline in yarn. Polyester fibre prices are expected to fall by &#****;*–* per kg in the next review cycle. Downstream industry participants also remained cautious, purchasing only to meet immediate requirements. However, both virgin polyester fibre and recycled polyester fibre prices have remained stable over the past week.”
