Expert Tips
Soaking : Soak the oats by adding some water and leave it aside for 30 minutes.
Cold water : Don’t blend the oats with warm water, as it releases the starch content from oats which will eventually turn into slimy consistency. So, it is best to use cold water for grinding.
Don’t overblend : Blend the soaked oats for a few seconds. Over blending can turn the oats too slimy.
Storage : Store the raw oat milk in a glass jar and it stays fresh for 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator. Always shake them well before using.
Serving : you can use to make coffee, milkshake, latte, cereals, overnight oats, muffins, cookies and sauces. Or simply enjoy this raw oat milk with sugar and vanilla extract.
