Karnataka SSLC Result 2026 Toppers List: The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) officially released the Senior School Leaving Certificate (SSLC/Class 10) results today, April 23, 2026. Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa announced the results during a press conference at 12 noon, confirming that the state’s overall performance has seen a significant decline compared to previous years.
The Results: A Notable Drop In Performance
This year, the state recorded an overall pass percentage of 62.34%, a sharp decline of over 11% from 2025’s success rate of 73.40%.
For regular students, the pass percentage stood slightly higher at 66.14%. According to KSEAB data, out of the 7,90,890 regular students who appeared for the SSLC Exam 1, a total of 5,23,075 successfully cleared the examinations.
Meet The 2026 Toppers Of SSLC
This time, 7 students have secured 625 out of 625 in the SSLC exam results 2026 by the Karnataka School Examination and Evaluation Board. This time, 94.1 percent of the students have passed. While 91.94 percent of the boys have passed, 96.18 percent of the girls have passed.

This time, the SSLC results have been incredible. Students from rural areas have done exceptionally well. Bharath, a resident of Kanavebilachi village, scored 625 out of 625.
Prarthana Biradara Patil, a student of a government school in Katageri village of Athani taluk of Belgaum district, has achieved success. She has emerged as the top rural talent in the state by scoring 625/625 marks.

Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa has clarified the issue of grace marks in the SSLC results. He said that no grace marks were awarded this time, stating that not a single mark was given as grace marks.
