Marcus Rashford could be in line to make his first United appearance since December 2024, with Kobbie Mainoo and Lisandro Martinez also returning to the squad after their World Cup exertions. Harry Maguire is back after being rested in the last outing, though Benjamin Sesko, Matthijs de Ligt and Mason Mount remain doubts.
Milan, under Amorim since June, are yet to register a win in pre-season, having drawn with Celtic and Inter before a heavy 3-0 defeat to Chelsea in their last outing. The Italian club have strengthened their forward line with the signing of Goncalo Ramos from PSG, while Mario Gila and Sankhoun Diawara have also arrived to bolster the defence, but none of it seems to be clicking as of now.
