OJEE NEET rank list 2026: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee has released the provisional state-level merit list for NEET-UG 2026 qualified candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS courses in Odisha for the 2026-27 academic session. The list is available on the official OJEE website, ojee.nic.in.Candidates registered for admission against the 85% state quota seats can check their state rank, All India Rank (AIR) and category details in the provisional merit list PDF. A total of 6,217 candidates have been included in the Odisha NEET UG provisional merit list.Aman Kumar Nayak tops Odisha state merit listAman Kumar Nayak has secured the first position in the Odisha state merit list with an AIR of 80. The second-ranked candidate in the state has an AIR of 225, while the third position has been secured by a candidate with an AIR of 462.The merit list comprises eligible candidates from Odisha who qualified in NEET-UG 2026 and registered for the state counselling process for MBBS and BDS admissions.NEET-UG 2026 category-wise qualifying cut-offsThe National Testing Agency (NTA) has specified the qualifying percentile and score ranges for different categories for the 2026-27 academic year.

Candidates were allowed to submit objections or grievances until 11:30 AM on August 14, 2026. The final state merit list was scheduled for release at 5:00 PM on the same day.Online choice filling and locking began at 8:30 PM on August 14 and will continue until 11:59 PM on August 17, 2026. The Round 1 provisional seat allotment result will be announced at 5:00 PM on August 19, 2026.

Changes introduced in medical counsellingThe Central Government and Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) have introduced changes aimed at moving several counselling procedures online. Candidates will need to report physically only to the finally allotted college instead of visiting colleges repeatedly during the counselling process.Seat upgradation and the float option up to Round 3 will be handled online. Document verification will also be conducted through the portal, while candidates will have an online facility to surrender a seat.The number of evaluation centres for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates has increased from 16 to 61. Registration for candidates applying under the NRI quota has also been made fully digital.
