About Ragi Flour Upma

We make upma with a whole lot of ingredients. The popular ones are this rava upma and semiya upma. But making upma using ragi flour is quite different and unique.

But it totally works. I love the flavour of ragi in upma form, I have already shared ragi rava upma and ragi semiya upma.

This version of upma is quite different. It is made with ragi flour also known as finger millet flour. This dish can be made in less than 15 minutes and you can even make a huge batch of it.

This recipe is easily adaptable. If you find your upma to be too dry, just sprinkle some water as you cook. It will get soft again.
