Sweden’s Autoliv has completed the acquisition of MCF Safety Belts, expanding its presence in commercial, off-road and specialty vehicle markets.
The acquired company serves over 500 customers, employs around 60 people and generates annual sales of $11.19 million.
The deal establishes a European hub for low-volume, high-variant seatbelt solutions and supports Autoliv’s Mobility Safety Solutions growth.
