The wait for results is almost over for the 52 lakh students of the UP Board’s 10th and 12th grades. This year, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has set a target to complete the evaluation of answer sheets at a very fast pace. The board aims to finish checking all answer sheets by April 1, 2026, after which the results are expected to be announced by the end of April. However, no official announcement has been made yet.
The UP Board exam results may be delayed as several government holidays have affected the evaluation work. According to media reports, the evaluation was originally scheduled to be completed by April 1 but is now expected to be finished by April 4. This delay is due to the evaluation process being paused on March 26 and 27 for Ram Navami. As a result, the UP Board 10th and 12th results are likely to be released in the last week of April.
A total of 254 evaluation centres have been set up across the state to check the UP Board 10th and 12th answer sheets. A total of 80,462 examiners are evaluating high school and intermediate copies. So far, 33,91,506 answer sheets have been checked – 18,96,002 for high school and 14,95,504 for intermediate.
