Virat Kohli, one of the most celebrated batters in world cricket, built his career on a foundation that had little to do with formal classrooms and everything to do with the cricket field. Born on November 5, 1988, in Delhi, Kohli grew up in the Uttam Nagar area of the city, where his early life balanced schoolwork with an increasingly serious pursuit of the game.
