The 2026 Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally is powered by a 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine producing 170hp at 10,750rpm and 121Nm at 8,750rpm, featuring an improved rear cylinder deactivation system that shuts off the rear bank when stationary or at slow speeds. The adventure tourer gets semi-active Marzocchi suspension controlled by Ducati’s Adaptive Skyhook Suspension (DSS) EVO system, offering 200mm of travel at both ends – 30mm more at the front and 20mm more at the rear compared to the standard Multistrada V4.
The Rally features radar technology with Forward Collision Warning, adaptive cruise control and blind spot detection, along with the Ducati Vehicle Observer system that uses 70 sensors to adjust cornering ABS and wheelie control. It gets a larger 280mm rear disc brake (up from 265mm), redesigned centre stand, and a 6.5-inch TFT display. Available in three trims – base Radar, Adventure Travel & Radar (adds aluminium panniers and heated seats), and Full Adventure (adds Akrapovic exhaust and carbon fibre front mudguard) – the Multistrada V4 Rally comes with spoked wheels, longer suspension travel and enhanced electronics for serious off-road touring capability.
