Cristiano Ronaldo has finally revealed that he has married Georgina Rodrígue. The football superstar and his longtime partner got married in an intimate civil ceremony in Cascais, Portugal, on August 11, 2026. Their wedding was a private ceremony, attended by their close family members. Ronaldo confirmed the wedding on social media by sharing a picture of their hands displaying their wedding bands, accompanied by the caption, “C G.”

Who Is Georgina Rodríguez?
Reportedly, Georgina Rodríguez was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to an Argentine father, Jorge Rodríguez and a Spanish mother. She spent part of her childhood in Argentina before moving to Spain with her mother.
As reported by Money Control, Georgina developed an interest in dance at a young age and began ballet training when she was four. However, she had to give up all this because of her family’s financial difficulties. At 18, she moved to Madrid, where she worked in retail during the week and took up a job at a bar on weekends.
She eventually became a sales assistant at a Gucci store in Madrid. It was at the luxury fashion store that she first crossed paths with Cristiano Ronaldo around 2016. At the time, Ronaldo was already one of the biggest names in world football. Their meeting would eventually change the course of Georgina’s personal and professional life.
Today, Georgina is now a well-known Argentine and Spanish social media personality, model and entrepreneur. She was also associated with the Netflix reality series I Am Georgina, which offered viewers a glimpse into her lifestyle, family and experiences away from the football pitch. She was also credited as a producer on the 2022 documentary series.
