IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of InterContinental Mumbai Goregaon, further expanding its luxury portfolio in India and strengthening its presence in Mumbai, one of the country’s most important business and hospitality destinations.
The hotel will be developed under a management agreement with Zon Hotels (Mumbai) Private Limited and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2030.
Located in Goregaon, a rapidly developing commercial and residential hub in Mumbai’s western suburbs, the property will feature 350 guest rooms, including 70 suites. Positioned between Andheri and Malad, the hotel is expected to cater to both business and leisure travellers seeking convenient access to key commercial districts, entertainment hubs and transport infrastructure.
The signing adds to the growth of the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts brand, which currently operates more than 237 hotels globally and has over 100 properties in its development pipeline.

Additional facilities will include a spa, fitness centre, swimming pool, retail spaces and parking facilities.

Designed to the highest international standards, the property will feature exceptional architecture and contemporary design, setting a new benchmark for hospitality in the region.”
