New management structure within LVMH‘s beauty division. Effective September 1, 2026, Louis-Antoine Rousseau will assume the role of brand managing director of Acqua di Parma.

He will succeed Giulio Bergamaschi, who is stepping down from the helm of the historic perfume house after a three-year tenure to join Louis Vuitton as chief product officer of the men’s division. Rousseau has a solid international career within the French luxury giant, having held both strategic and market-facing roles at Parfums Christian Dior, where he most recently served as general manager of the Hong Kong subsidiary.
In his new role, he will report directly to Véronique Courtois, president and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and of the entire Beauty division of the LVMH Group. The executive’s primary objective will be to accelerate the brand’s transformation and maximise its global commercial potential. The strategy will focus on sustainable expansion in key markets, while preserving the brand’s selective identity and its strong ties to Italian craftsmanship and historical heritage, which have always distinguished the maison.
LVMH will announce at a later date the name of the new general manager who will succeed Rousseau in Hong Kong.
