US’ textile and apparel exports fell by 3.21 per cent to $1.743 billion in January 2025 from $1.801 billion a year earlier.
Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, and China saw declining shipments, while exports to Canada, the Netherlands, Japan, the UK, and Germany increased.
Apparel exports dropped 10.75 per cent, fabric 0.25 per cent, and yarn 6.59 per cent.
